Scales for assistive device recommendation
Lovett, Brooke, Abilhand, Mhavie, Pinch, VAS, etc.: a set of scales used to assess use, environment, and motor abilities in adults and children, in order to establish the functional specification.
Scales for assistive device evaluation
PIADS, MCRO, GAS, etc.: these scales are designed to assess changes in the patient’s life following provision of the device (ability to carry out activities, quality of life, self-esteem).
